Intensive Air Conditioning Clean
For air conditioning that's clearly dirty inside, or hasn't been serviced for a while.
The technician opens up the indoor unit further and thoroughly cleans the evaporator, the fan, the condensation tray, the drain and the inside of the casing, with a hygienic treatment as well.

IN THE DEEP CLEAN
Professional equipment and the right products
For a deep clean we use professional WIPCOOL equipment. Depending on the dirt, we use the technique that fits: steam cleaning, rinsing with warm and cold water, pulse cleaning, targeted pressure cleaning or an ozone treatment.
We also choose the product for each part and each kind of dirt, for example for the evaporator, the condensation drain, plastic parts or grease and dust. Among others, we use professional cleaning products from Chemical Solutions (CH Química) and Advanced. Not one cleaner for everything.
WHICH ONE FITS
How to tell what your system needs
When did your air conditioning last have a professional service? That gives a first indication:
- less than a year ago: a service or an intensive clean
- one to two years ago: an intensive clean
- more than two years ago, or never: a deep clean
Have a look yourself too. Switch the air conditioning off and shine a torch into the air outlet. If you see a lot of dust or dark build-up on the inside or on the fan, it needs more than a regular service. Don't put your hands or anything else inside: just look.
If your system hangs in a kitchen, a salon or a dusty room, it can get dirty faster. If you're not sure, we'll take a look first.

A cassette unit sits in the ceiling and needs its own approach. That's why there are three separate treatments for cassettes, with their own times and prices, including VAT.

GOOD TO KNOW
Large units and more outdoor units
An XL wall unit is clearly larger than the usual size of about 90 centimetres and takes more time. For each large indoor unit we add €25 for a service, €50 for an intensive clean and €75 for a deep clean.
Prices for wall units assume one outdoor unit. Each extra outdoor unit takes about 20 minutes longer; we'll work out what that costs for you. We do the same for more than four indoor units.
QUESTIONS
What people often ask
What's the difference between a service and a clean?
In a service, the technician cleans what can be reached and checks and tests the whole system. In an intensive clean and a deep clean, the unit is opened up further and the parts inside are cleaned thoroughly.
Can I book a treatment as a one-off?
Yes, every treatment has a one-off price. With a plan you pay less and you get priority if your air conditioning breaks down.
How long does a treatment take?
With one wall-mounted indoor unit, about 45 minutes for a service, 75 minutes for an intensive clean and 105 minutes for a deep clean. Each extra indoor unit takes more time.
My air conditioning smells. Which treatment do I need?
A smelly air conditioner is almost always a dirty one: dirty filters, mould or bacteria on the fins behind the filter, or a dried-out condensation drain. A regular service usually sorts it out. If the dirt goes deeper, it needs an intensive clean or a deep clean.
Do you service my brand?
Very likely. We service all the common brands, such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, LG, Panasonic, Toshiba, Samsung and Haier, even if another company installed your system.
